About the Space
A proper townhouse, not an apartment or hotel room.
Spread across 150 sq. m. (1,600 sq. ft.) spanning the second and third floors above a souvenir shop, the house has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full kitchen, a balcony, and a cosy rooftop terrace.
The living room features an HDTV with Netflix and surround sound, plus a balcony overlooking the alleys of the Old Town. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, and all necessary utensils. A washing machine and 100% cotton bedding are provided. Every bedroom and the living room is air-conditioned, and each floor has a dedicated work desk and chair with good lumbar support. The two bedrooms sleep up to 4 guests, with a sofa bed available for a 5th — a baby cot and high chair can be arranged on request.
The Rooftop

Step outside and get a glimpse of Fortezza — Rethymno's 16th-century Venetian fortress. The rooftop is entirely private, sunny in the mornings, and shaded by late afternoon. A good place to wind down at the end of the day.
Location
The heart of Rethymno's Old Town.
You're inside the old Venetian quarter — cobblestone lanes, independent coffee shops and tavernas a few steps in any direction. The sea is a ten-minute stroll. Everything is walkable. There's no need for a car. Cocktail bars and the Old Harbour are all within reach. For the rest of Crete, buses, car hire and guided tours are available through one of the local travel agencies.

The house works well as a base for remote work — two dedicated workspaces, reliable internet, a full kitchen, and a rooftop to end the day on. Rethymno is calm enough to focus and lively enough to keep you entertained.
